Danish Ubuntu 7.10 Release Party

Yesterday, Ubuntu 7.10 was released. That, of coursed, called for a massive celebration. In the Danish LoCo team, we were planning for an event with some small talks and an appropriate amount of beer in a hotel in Brønshøj in the northwesternmost part of Copenhagen. Due to unforeseen circumstances, this event sadly had to be cancelled at the last moment.

What do hotel-less geeks hungering for a release party do? They go to a Café in central Copenhagen and celebrate the release of their favourite distribution by having a fun night of coffee, beer and cola - and a lot of talking. For those who wasn't there I can tell you that it was a lot of fun, and we hope to have an even more fun event ready for the release of Hardy Heron in April.
